Q: Where is Morgan City, Louisiana?                 
A: Morgan City is located at the mouth of the Atchafalaya River just miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

Q. Why is the tuition so low?                  
A. The Marine Department is one of ten departments in the Young Memorial Campus. Young Memorial is a public college operated with State Budget.   up.gif (997 bytes)

Q: Can I renew my Radar Observer Certificate at your school? If so, what is the tuition, and when may I begin?       
A: Yes, you can renew your Radar Observer Certificate you must present a copy of your original certificate and attend the refresher course.  Check the calendar or call for a schedule.


Q: Does Young Memorial offer Coast Guard Approved Fire Fighting?    
 Young Memorial has been approved by the U.S. Coast Guard for Advanced Fire Fighting.
